Redevelopment of the Society buildings

I'm a Senior Citizen living with my son and daughter-in-law who have purchased a dwelling unit in a recently redeveloped Society. The Society is having 3 wings, A, B &C. 'C' Wing is completely new from plinth where we have purchased a flat. In A & B wings 2 floors have been newly constructed.

Now again office bearers of the Society with some aim in their mind are again trying for redevelopment and have brought 2 proposals from 2 builders/developers. They have successfully convinced with various means to the majority for necessity of redevelopment. In proposed redevelopment there is no benefit of additional carpet and after redevelopment the maintenance charges will be 3 to 4 times high, hence my son has opposed for redevelopment. The Society did not get the time to conduct AGM and to submit Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for last two years.

Please guide what are avenues open for us to oppose the society for redevelopment on individual ground.
