Housing society sai dham, dhanori

Dear Sir,

I am Nargis Rathod, staying rental in Sai Dham, C 102, Dhanori. We are staying here from June 10. We would like to launch a complaint against our chairman of the society who is taking care of the society maintance. This society is not authorised. They are asking about the maintainance but they are not taking properly our area. When we asked about the bifurcation of the expences he is not ready to tell us because we are staying here rental. My owner is staying in Bareli.

There are several issues which we need to take an action. but we are not aware of the rules.

Our society's common lift's light bill is 100Rs per month and common light bill is coming 100 Rs. from 1 yr. but he never complaint about it to the Maha vitaran.

What we need to do in this case? pls suggest.
