Illegal factory operations
Noise pollution

This is to bring to your notice that there is a factory in Charkop that is causing noise pollution and disturbing sleep of all societies near it.

The factory is starting its operation at 2 A.M in the morning everyday, including Sundays. It actually never shuts down (24x7 operations). A complaint for the same was also given in the BMC Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali -w, Mumbai but no action has been taken till date.

There are thugs employed by the factory so I wish to keep my name anonymous. The factory has huge air exhausts and machines that make the nearby society building shake and vibrate and its impossible to sleep. Also the air is full of kerosene and other chemical smells at night which causes sickness and cough.

Please help us as this factory is ruining our peace of mind and peoples right to rest. They are getting away doing all this illegal work and causing noise pollution.

We would not be complaining if it was a one off day, but this factory is relentless in its operations with total disregard to public and legal obligations.
