Bad Service

Dear Sir,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ragavendra Gas agency, Avadi, chennai and my consumer number is 38353 I have booked for a refile she told to deliver on 9th dec, 09. I called them on 9th she told to deliver after 15th again I called on 17th'09 she told to deliver on 18th but now 1.5 months passed i not yet received cylinder. Every month that poor ragavendra agency delivering gas only after 40 days. I dont know why they are delaying the customers. Now i am having two empty cylinders i Purchased kerosene for cookin purchase. Please take necassay action against ragavendra agency.
