Harassment by Managing Committee

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I have been facing continous harassments and non co-operation by the Managing Committe of my society. The Secretary is un-civilised and in decent. Every time I have approached him he has threatened me with dire consequences.

To mark a recent situation I have been fined a sum of Rs.500/- and the reason given is water dripping from the A.C. which is not true. After challenging him to prove it he said i have done it purposely and you can do whatever you want. I need urgent guidance as though how i can proceed further to put these guys at place.

There have been many instances where the secretary has misguided the society members and has now completely washed his hands of it. Anytime a member approaches him, his standard dialogue is 'Mein tujhe dekh loonga'. Also the Secretary has been found misbehaving with the females of the society. He has also been using the Society manpower for his personal use which is wrong.

Kindly suggest me a way out.
