I have recently purchased a flat at Kanji Maharaj Coperative Housing Society ltd (Known in the name AMALTAS Society). details Address: C-54, Amaltas Society, Behind Fun Republic, Satellite, Ahmedabad - 380015 .

We have purchased above flat recently. And we have put water / sun shade at our balacony, as it is on the 5th floor . and that is also top floor. My daughter is having problem of migrain. When she gets migrain attack, doctors have suggested her to stay in darck area. So we have put sun shades in balacony and also for rains. And many member of the society has put the shades, But the problem is society commitee is forcing us cut the shades . and they are in process of giving notice only to us to cut the shades to 1.5 ft. This was not decided earlier after my shades was fitted they have made the rule and now they are forcing us to obey that with out that they will not allow us to use society facility. We are paying our dues regularly and we have also paid maintainnance charges for next hole yr. What can we do is their any rules for shades to fit in the balcony and can i make it official by paying tax to municipality. And is their any rules for use of society facility.
