The Resident Welfare Association just takes money from the residents but does nothing... lots of dirt, women harressment, chain snatching, drunkards creating trouble, stray dogs creating trouble are few of difficulties being faced by the local residents but the welfare association has nothing to do with it. They just collect money and then eat it away.
