Double Charge of booking amount

Mr. Ram Anuj Sharma (mobile number 88601 00881), Manager at the Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon booked my tickets on phone after knowing that the online transaction has been charged. Therefore, I have paid a double amount of 7000 for watching the show, Jhumroo. After making multiple promises to me over the last one week, he has still not arranged to return the money and is not returning my calls. He is getting the phone cut whenever I try and call him at the office call center.
