The stinkng water of the lake in dear park

Hi, i am a resident of Safdarjung enclave, New Delhi.i hereby complain about the lake of the "district (dear) park" in our area. The water in the lake is the untreated sewage water, released into the lake for quite a long time. The water stinks and serves as a strong cause for public affliction.it is my humble request to you to do address the problem at the earliest.
