Shade / cover of construction site

Dear Sir / Madan,

This is in reference to constuction happening in localities. Pls instruct the respective authorities to make following thing compulsory for builders

& covering of all sides of construction site by polisheet or anyother thing which can retain the spreading of dust -- because due to this the surrounding becomes very dusty and also causes health related problems especially for kids and old age citizens eg. asthama.
