Waste scattered on the road

Sir/madam,

i reside in kalkaji DDA flats. on the way to govindpuri i have seen tha garbages r scattered all around..wat the hell is this..isnt the mcd responsible for cleaning this..?? then y is dis happening..please have a look on the road and let our city be clean and green..please clean up the streets and make the people educate and understand that they shouldnt do dis..n i think if there is a proper system of dustbins and all they ll also co-operate wid the mcd ppl...
