Garbage near to home and road side drains not getting cleaned

Dear sir/madam,

i live in Michael Garden in Ramapuram area in chennai (Tamil nadu). At the back of my house there is an empty plot where people throw garbage and nobody comes for cleaning all this garbage. As a result there are lot of mosquitoes in the areas which can give rise to lot of health problems and even bad smelling odour is also there. And even passages for wastes (nallis) is there which runs across the boundary of my house where water keeps on getting accumalated, this also gives rise to lot of mosquitoes and foul smelling odour. I think this is a serious issue and Panchayat should take immediate action for cleaning the garbage and the passages for waste (Nallis) as soon as possible as all these things can give rise to hazardous health problems.
