CONSTRUCTION OF MOBILE TOWER

A mobile tower (Tata, as communicated by the people working there) was constructed in Teekam Nagar Near S.D.M. Court Sadabad Hathras. The land acquired by them is in the vicinity of public houses (In the range of 20 meters). The main problem is noise pollution occured during night. They (Mobile Tower Person) have no electricity connection so usually run normal DG set. Sound proof generator oftenly stops working. First of all we do not know whether the mobile tower should be constructed there or by which clause mobile construction is legal there. We do not know the agreement between land owner and land holder. if even one of the equipments fall from such, it will be a big casualty. Kindly help in this regard. We earn for whole day to get a sound sleep in the night. Also continuous operation of DG set causes pain in the mind.
