Dear Sir / Madam,

We the dwellers of the 9th cross, Vasavi Temple Road, Mahalakshmi Layout, Bangalore 560 086 are facing hectic problem because of the people who are staying in Door No 384, [they are very bad in their behaviour].They are throwing waste (food as well as vegetables & others) on the road. They are leaving their domestic dog on the road instead of tying it inside their house. The chances of the dog biting the by-passers are more. The dog will stay on the road 24 hours (both day & night). Kindly give us justice & protection for us.
