Non maintenance of swimming pool

From the last 1 month the swimming pool is not running and due to water storage in the swimming pool from the last 1 month it is welcoming lots of alarming diseasesl. It is stinking like anything. Already the residents have started suffering from dangerous mosquitos due to this disaster. The society is having approx 11 bldgs each having 7 floors and consisting of 4 flats on each floor. The small children here are severly bitten by these mosquitos.

It is my humble request to take quick action as this could bring serious results if action will not be taken asap.
