Noise Pollution by loud speakers and decks on religious festival

I am living in jaunpur UP and me and my family is facing noise pollution due to loud speakers and large no. of decks on durga puja, mahashivratri and any religious festivals. We tried to convince them but no result. The noise is so high that we can not listen our own voice. I had written letter to our DM but no result. People can't speak due to religious fear. Can anyone help what need to be done
