As per the agreement, you had issued us post dated cheques (return of unit value) which the bank has returned indicating that the account is now closed / non-operative.

Moreover, the returns for the 6th, 9th, 12th & 15th year as well as the handsome bonuses have never been advised or the amount remitted to us till date.

How do we tackle this issue??? is a big question since we are outside our mother India.
