Dirty and untideness in floor corne

I live in Om Kalapataru Chs Ltd, which is at Bhimnagar, Road No.7, Marol MIDC, Near Akruti Trade Center, Andheri (East), Mumbai.

My flat is at 4th Floor, At this floor corner lot of dirt and untideness is there because of the society people. I made a complain to the society secretary but no action has been taken. Due to uncleanliness, the lot of insect are coming in the flat which created lot of problem to our health. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter.
