COMPLAINT FOR FRAUDULENTENCASHMENT OF PUBLIC POLICIES

I L.sai kumar Vizianagaram, Andhra pradesh. I joined as Sr Advisor in OVEN COMMERCE PVT LTD, Howrah.with my Advisors. OCPL entered into transaction of insurance companies with Birla sun life company, Reliance life insurance company, and some other companies to collect amounts and pay the same to the afore said companies for issuing policies bonds by companies. The company sent policy bonds to some customers and failed to send bonds to remaining customers, consequently customers are harassing us, on other hand, Ocpl company issued cheques for rejected policies in the name of customers for the amounts, those were bounced for which no sufficient fund in account of ocpl company. We are lodged complained against OCPL, Managing Director at Howrah but no action has taken till now. My appel is to take action through IRDA GOVT OF INDIA.against MD of OCPL to refund amount to the customers. company is still runing at Howrah. Please take necessary action immediately.
