Executive Committee not holding any general body meeting

Dear Sir,

I am resident of Anand Square Hsg Co-op Society. For last nine months of the present committee elected (voted to power by co-option) have been acting in dictorial manner. At present there is no secretary (sold flat on 3rd Nov. 2010) and also no meeting every held after they came to power. If anybody opposed them the antire family along with their wife and children come to our door step at night @ 2330hrs.

Lot of flat owners staying here are afraid to face them.

Many flat owners have given the flat on rent without taking any prior approval or police verfication.

The tenants park there vechiles and owners do not get to park. Also the still parking owners have difficulty to remove / park their vechiles

Please look into the problem.
