Dear Sir,
I own an Aquasure Platinum, from Aquagaurd since 10 Dec the product gave an optimum performance for approx 5-6 months.. however, since then it has started behaving erratically.. i registered a complaint with the parent company in Jun 10, which was immediately attended to... however... i'm having a nagging problem with the equipment.. its not generating water, the sole purpose for which it was bought and paid for. i registered a complaint on 23 Jul 10 (58846633) with the Aquagaurd... no reply... no contact was established by the mentioned company till 29 Jul 10 inspite of claiming, " your complaint will be addressed in 48 hrs". Today on 29 Jul 10, i called up Aquasure at 1615 hrs and had a conversation cum complaint session with Ms. Shweta regarding the matter.. i have been promised that the matter will be looked into on priority.. hoping for the best.
