Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Water Purifier from Aquaguard-model integra in when i was posted at Bangalore. I was transfered from Bangalore to Guwahati in 2008. Right after my transfer, i have tried to contact Aquaguard people in Guwahati and get the servicing done. However, the service from Aquaguard is so pathetic and representative of Aquaguard were not even aware of this particular product. Finally, the equipment has stopped functioning since last 2 weeks. I have tried despaerately to contact Euraka Forbes, right upto the Corporate, Regional and local team, but in vain. I wonder, if after spending 25000/-, if this the kind of service, where to go and lodge my complaint.
