MNP- Port out from Reliance

Sub:- Regarding problem in MNP.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Ashok Khasgiwala using Reliance CDMA no 9329439301 (Indore M P) for the last 5 yrs.

I am requesting for MNP (Mobile No. Portabilty) to Airtel after generate unique porting code number: (RYIZ2P5I). I have cleared all dues to Reliance Communication Ltd (Service provider). I got a message from 1901 that : “Request Rejected by Donor due to: There are subsisting contractual obligations from the subscriber Agreement." and the request for transfer is rejected.

I went to their store, contacted 198, sent e-mails Reliance customer care including Reliance Nodal Officer But no body has given proper reply to me. I think. any responsible person should solve my problem.

Actually in my case there is no contractual obligation with Reliance because I am having a normal postpaid connection. they are simply delaying my complaint. Actually MNP is a customer right but here Reliance is denying that right for me.

If I have signed any contract with Reliance than they should provide me a certified copy of that contract.

I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court and Trai for compensation.

I contacted Reliance customer care about this issue not responded by them.
