I have been a victim of Fradulantely ECS debit from my current account without my authorisation by JUSTDIAL - Mumbai.

Even after bringing this to the notice of the management Mr. VSS MAni.

after 5 to six months of follow up no action nor any written communication from there end in this regards

Kindly let me know what legal action can be taken against such frauds that take place.
