No proper response on the complaint logged

I have painted apex exterior emulsion for my house. The paint started peeling off with 6 months of painting. I have launched a complaint in customer care (Complaint No:601330486). A person from asian paint visited. There was no proper resonpse from him. I have written several mail reminding the issue. No one is least bothered.
