Deficiency of services

I had provided my clothes for stitching at Sunshine Creations alias Awesome Boutique alias Studio 75, situated at S 110, Pankaj Plaza, Plot No 10, Sec – 6 market, Dwarka, New Delhi 110 075. The clothes have been stitched very badly and the owner refuses to compensate or alter the stitching. On requesting for the name in which the shop is registered and other information, the owner turned hostile. The mobile no of the owner is 9718201874.

I am surprised that the owner is blatantly running three establishments without a TIN/VAT no and proudly says she has bribed the local policeman, so she is safe
