I am booked panasonic cordless phone through indiatimes but they delivered wrong model of panasonic phone.after lock the complain against this, they assured me that he pick the phone at my residence and change it.

but after one week he said me he was not able to collect the courier.

this is very bad experince for me.and very bad service of indiatimes shopping.
