Nokia BL-5c battery replacement

I have registered my request regarding free replacement of my default battery sr.no. 0670400363563N032222807721 on the web of nokia. Now till date I have not received any proper response regarding this replacement and message on nokia site is displaying that replacement of battery in process on 21/09.

Please help me to get it replaced at earliest.
