Non Receipt of Product - Complaints

I have ordered a Reebok Shoe and a Reebok watch with the total value of Rs.1428 on 26-MAY.

Its been a month since i ordered and i have not received the product and also could not able to find the

reason for the non delivery of the same.

When tried contacting the customer care for several times i did not get proper response. They just trying

to pass the time by telling i will receive the product in few days, whenever i call.

I am totally frustrated by their behavior and had a very bad experience with Bag it today. This is my first

order and i decided not to use this site again. I request the concerned people to take necessary action to get my product as soon as possible.
