NO receival of Orde

I ordered from Bagittoday on 18th Oct and paid the amount of Rs. 1386 through credit card. The order number was 998956641. The delivery was about to be done in 2-3 weeks. I didnt get any confirmation of dispatch of my order.

After a long chase to these people, and mailing the complaints, finally a person on customer care picked the call and told me that the the products i ordered are out of stock. This conversation is after 2 months of my order. and now i have cancelled my order which they say i'll receive my paid amount within 21 days.

But i am still not sure i'll receive my paid amount.
