Holiday booking not done, No response

I had purchased a holiday package (Booking ID 777779682) in@ Feb 11 from Bag it today (a Today group companey) for Rs 7000/- They offered 7N 8D hotel stay for 4 person as per the destination list any where in world.

After purchase of vaucher, as per guideline I sent original of Booking form (10352), Rs 750/- D.D f/o affordable sales promotion ptv.ltd at Noida address.

I requested 3 choices of destination bookings from 15th may to 3rd june with 3 alternatives dates of 7Nights.

There was no response for the confirmation of bookings except the confirmation of reciept of my form & status of "forwarded to Hotels group". The lines at 01206182100 keeps on waiting for hrs. The representative give false commitments of giving call/mail within next 2-3 days since 2 months.

Though the validity of vaucher is 1year Till date neither any confirmation rcvd nor scanned form for changing date for next choces rcvd as committed on call if requested destinations are not available.

Can you pl.help in this regards as the long distance bookings needs 2-3 moths to plan travel mode & nowcurrent season can be availed as its too late. Also if the next season same happens, I will loose my hard earn money.
