Received money but not given service

There was mail sent to me from "bookurholiday.com/bagittoday" offering

7 nights & 8 days holiday package in Rs.1000 (INR) per day for one suit accomodating family of 4-memberes in any of the star hotel in india and abroad. Accordingly I paid and booked. This offer is valid upto may 25th (1 year from date of booking). Since then I am trying to follow up to know the holiday destination, they are sometimes talking and passing time, not giving.

Total money I paid is Rs.7750. Rs.7000paid through credit card on 22.6.11, the confirmation receipt I have received from your side is attached herewith and 750 paid by sending DD with application form as adviced.
