This really annoys me that after paying so much amount for your products I haven’t received your products
The ID for payments is as follows,
ID Product Date AMOUNT
998806379 core V neck black rebook sweat shirt. 8/10 998 /- Rs
11009641 Portable DVD player 20/11 7498 /- Rs
11009643 DELIVERY CHARGES 20/11 899 /- Rs
I am fed up with this situation of always calling customer care and they telling the products are out of stock.
When I ask them to transfer to your Manager they say we can’t transfer the call as they don’t have the no. of manager.
I mean the manager talks to customer at the time of selling the same product and when the customer has a complaint of the same product the manager is not available.
And when I want my refund the processing time is 2 -3 months I mean this is really disgusting on INDIA TODAY part using the name of India you are making fraud.
Now they are asking me for dispatch ID for whcih i have to Pay 3199 /- rs just to get my product delevired .how is this possible that after paying delivey and handling charges i have pay more to get my product.when i ask to cancle my order they say that the order cannot be cancelled and as dispatch ID is not available. so also to cancel my product i have to give 3199 /- rs just to cancel it.
how many companies in this world do like this.. i dnt know any one. i ahd purchases with many online companies. but no one asks for money to cancel order.
please help me if you can.i need either the product or money.
