Poor service

Hi! this is gunit here i have purchased nokia x2 in the month of oct, after few months a problem started that i am not able to delete my call logs for that i have visited nokia service center 5 times bit still i am facing the same problem again & again. as i want the replacement for the same. i have also forwaded mail to them but not a single reply from their side as i am really very dissatisfied with that. please help me to get my issue resolved.
