Ceiling fan not working since 1st day

I purchased a ceiling fan product C/F 1200 MM, Sr No of the product: 066523 with GC Sl No.0974007 on 05/04 from csd canteen mall road Delhi Cantt. The fan did not worked since installation.we made the complaint in bajaj cell and their reprensentative 'Vipin' having mobile no.8010027460 came to attend the problem. He told us that the motor of the fan is defective and assured us that he would replace it within a week. afterwards it has been four months since we are reminding him about the complaint but of no avail.
