Ceiling fan not working since 1st day

I purchased a bajaj ceiling fan from the Mall road CSD canteen on 05/04/10, Product PRIDE C/F 1200MM, Sr No. of the product. 066523, Gc Sl No. 0974007. The fan did not work since Installation. We made the complaint in bajaj consumer cell, Najafgarh and their representative Vipin having mobile no.8010027460 came to the our residence at D-4/59, Vidya Bhawan, Kunwar singh nagar, nilothi more nangloi, Delhi-41 mobile no-9811916039. he told us that the motor of the fan is defective and assured us that it would be replaced within one week. Afterwards we made several calls for about four months to remind him about the replacement but of no avail. This has caused us lot of discomfort during whole summer days. I hope my problem will be solved at earliest.
