Hanging problem

I have purchased a nokia n72 before few days, it has hanging problem from the next day of purchase, i went to nokia care they formatted it but there is no solution of the problem. now there is another problems in network. i went to nokia care again but they want to keep the phone for 15 to 20 days. plz help
