About appointment

This is in the name of tata consultancies for they have taken the projects of so called tight passport services...

I'm trying for several days to get the appointment but, always it shows that, no appointment slots available for two months... The next day if u open, the same thing it displays, that their is no available slots for the appointment.. What the hell is this... Who takes the appointment then, and from where... I suggest them to have a proper website in order to avail the smooth facility...
