Manufacturing Defect not replacing that shoe

Dear All

I have purchased All season Shoe from Bata Show room onne month back & its Sole has detached from upper part on one side.

The interior flap has come out that is not sticking properly & now after week they are saying it is not possible to repair we will do stitching. I donot know they will go to outsider Cobbler do mending of show & will say that it has been done at factory.

Why they are not replacing the shoe if it is not repairable & cheating Customers as we are paying high in order to get good quality & service
