Illmannered salesman

2days back i went to buy shoes from bata showroom in front of citycentre salt lake..

i selected a pair of shoes..but due to personal interest of a salesman they didnot wish to sale it..

they further went to convince me that the shoe is damaged..they took the shoe from me..

after 1 min he returned to show that the sole is torn and will not sale it..

this was the worst encounter i had ever in any showroom of any products..

the name of the salesman are-- anirban and debabrata...

BATA showroom is the one in front of SALT LAKE CITY CENTRE..

if the customer care manager is seeing this mail, please look into this matter..

my family members have been customer of this shop since long..

if this kind of behaviour continues, then their is no other option for people than to go for other brand showrooms..
