CONDUCTOR'S ARROGANCE

We are senior citizens. We were travelling by BEST bus no.39 from Shitaladevi to Garware chowk on 13-12 at 6.30pm. My wife was sitting on second row from back side and I was sitting just behind her. The conductor badge no E 55424 was issuing tickets and he was taking support of a seat where my wife was sitting. My wife requested him to take support of a seat where males are sitting but he arrogently said that she should sit on ladies seat which were already full. Also he said that these last two seats will ALWAYS face this problem. This is not only stupidity on his part but super arrogancy like what he does is right. When the ladies seat was vacant my wife went and occupied it to avoid further uneasiness. In my opinion he should have said sorry and taken the support of any other seats where the male passengers were sitting. But then he was one of noncooperative, arrogant peron of BEST who had no courtesy towards ladies and elderly passengers. Not only this but he was not comming in front side to issue tickets for elderly persons who are officially allowed to board th bus from front gate. Management should teach conductors lessons in modesty, courtasy and politeness. We are aware that they are burdened and some time even the passengers also don't cooperate. But for that conductors should not treat elderly passengers and ladies badly.
