BSNL Mobile
Illegal deduction of balance

Dear Sir,

I am sim holder of BSNL mobile no. 09450585156. They are illegaly deducting Rs. 25 from nov. 2010 from my balance in the name of mobile radio service.

As I am not using such type of set of mobile radio. I have also complaint to the Customer care of BSNL but no responce receive from them.

So I request you to look over this matter.
