Pathetic service

I reside at Mira Road. The nearest gas distributors is located at Sector 11.We have been dealing with this dealer since last 6 years and could not switch to another distributor or company because of non availability of the same within the vicinity. This dealer has 4 landline phones which are always either busy or out of order.(Never rings) and most of the time used only for personal benefits, because of which we take the pain to visit them in person every time. During visits the customer satisfaction and service does not have any meaning to them and most of the time humiliation takes place. This is utter nonsence and if proper steps and corrections not taken on time its gonna be a disaster in short span of time.
