Delay in delivery of gas cylinde

I have booked a gas cylinder on dated 08.09.2010 with consumer no. 21078 of distributer m/s pratap jyoti on behalf of mr. shiv prakash. but till today (24.09.2010) we have not get the gas cylinder. i have allready called three time in office but they are just said that wait for one or two day but no any action talen on this issue please do needful.regards, amit kumar (9971976383)
