Too much delay in delivering LPG

We are having a gas consumer no 6930 in the name of Ramesh Kumar of bharat gas from distributer priyanka gas, hamilton road, kashmir igate, delhi.
we have booked a LPG cylinder on 7th sep 2010 and booking no is 61 but even till 27th sep we have not received the cylinder and this practice is every time, every month. this agency is not giving the cylinder delivery before 1 to 1.1/2 month.
We are residing in civillines delhi .pl tell us a way out of this regular problem.
