Not updating my petro card points

Esp sir

i am petro card holder of bharat petroleum no ca0000755667cu0100674700 for last many years, i am regular customer of bharat petroleum at mission hospital chowk, near bmc chowk, nakodar road petro station outlet i regularly fill my scooter and car from these outlet the problem i am facing is that every time i ask the person on duty at respective pumps to add my points they refuse to add saying the owner has refused to add points, reason they donot points for less amount 200rs i donot think 200rs is less amount as scooter get filled in this amount, for this reason my card gets blocked and i was not able to get my bonus point on birthday, told many a times to bpcl but no response kindly solve my problem,
