with reference my earlier letter today dated 6th july rs5 is deducted from balance.
as telephonic talks with you nodal officer kavya, your supervisor sashidhar assured me same things are not occurring, but it is unfortunate that you are deducted rs 5 from my balance.
It very shameful on your part.
