Poor Services and Apathy of Staff

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Ambala and i was a regular visitor and customer at big bazar Ambala Cantt untill recently. The services provided at the Big Bazaar have deteorated drastically and if something is not done to correct them, more regular customers like me will stop going there.

1. very limited billing counters are made operational even during rush time. This causes unnecessary long queues

2. Staff, with id cards hanging from their necks and seemingly are the floor managers, do NOTHING to resolve the crisis.

3. The billing staff keep fighting amongst themselves over money change.

The customers break queue and try and get their billing first siting reasons that they have fewer items.

all sorts of chaos happens there.
