Sir,

This is to bring to your notice, that we had purchased a dettol hand wash from BIG BAZZAR Vadodara on 31/01, after coming home we checked and found MRP mention on product is Rs. 147/- you have charged Rs.167/-

When we called up Customer care executive, no satisfactory reply received and were advised to visit stores and brief them.

We stay 10 kms away from your Stores, both working, pay for parking, other expenses.

Surely we are not going to visit you stores for no fault on ours.

We are enclosing herewith copy of our bill and product.

if we do not receive your satisfactory reply within seven days, we shall be forced to approach consumer forum for the wrong done to us.
