I have a big TV Account. My subscriber id is 200684282937 . I have made a complained on 26 aug for poor signal. the request no was 160063418. but there is no visit made by engineer to my address yet my service request closed on 02sep2011. and my account is debited by 200. When I contact to customer care they made a new request no 160572029. Please help me and send a engineer to visit my address.
